1. What we do
ShowUp AI provides done-for-you AI visibility services. Our packages (“AI Visibility Boost” and “Full AI Setup”) include an audit of how AI answer engines currently see your brand, a competitor analysis, a custom action plan, and ready-to-use content. Full AI Setup also includes direct implementation support.
2. Ordering and payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You will receive a receipt by email. Prices are listed in USD and are one-time fees unless otherwise stated.
3. Delivery
AI Visibility Boost deliverables are sent within 24 hours of order confirmation. Full AI Setup implementation work is typically completed within 48 hours. Delivery times depend on the information you provide and our current workload.
4. Results
We deliver real work and practical recommendations, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, mentions, or traffic from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok, Google AI, or any other platform. AI algorithms and recommendations change constantly and are outside our control.
5. Refunds
Because our work is digital and begins quickly, refunds are not available once delivery has started. If you are unhappy with your deliverables, contact us through the contact form and we will do our best to make it right.
6. Intellectual property
The content, reports, and plans we create for you are yours to use for your own business once payment is complete. You may not resell or redistribute them as templates or services.
7. Changes and updates
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
