This Privacy Policy explains how ShowUp AI ("ShowUp AI", "we", "us") handles information when you use the website at https://showupai.co, our paid setup service, and the ShowUp AI plugin. ShowUp AI is operated by Natasha Soleil. You can reach us at support@showupai.co.

The ShowUp AI plugin is a website audit tool. It has three read-only tools: check a public website against 10 signals, list those signals, and draft an llms.txt file. No account or sign-in is needed to use it.

Data the plugin receives: the website address you ask it to check, and for an llms.txt draft, the business name and description you provide in your request.

How it is used: only to fetch that website's public pages (homepage, robots.txt, sitemap.xml and llms.txt) and return a result to you in the same conversation.

Storage: the plugin does not store the website address, your request or the result. It does not create a profile, does not use cookies, and does not collect your name, email address, location or any other personal information.

Sharing: we do not sell or share plugin data with anyone. Our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and time of the request) for security and reliability.

When you run a free check on our website, place an order, create an account or use our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, business or brand name, website address, email address and a short description of what you sell. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store card details.

We use this information to deliver the service you asked for, send order confirmations, receipts and reports you requested, communicate about your project and answer support requests. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

We share information only with service providers we need to run the service: Stripe (payments), our hosting and database provider, and our email delivery provider. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We do not share information with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Plugin requests are not stored. Account, order and contact information is kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for records, tax and support, then deleted. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect information. No online service is completely secure, so please keep your account details safe.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@showupai.co and we will reply within one business day.

ShowUp AI is a business service and is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the dates at the top.
